Harlem Globetrotters are coming to the Target Center!

The Harlem Globetrotters are an exhibition basketball team that combines athleticism, theater, and comedy. Created by Abe Saperstein in 1926 in Chicago, Illinois, the team adopted the name Harlem because of its connotations as a major black community. Over the years they have played more than 20,000 exhibition games in 118 countries. The teams signature song is Brother Bones's whistled version of  "Sweet Georgia Brown". Globie has been their mascot since 1993. The Harlem Globetrotters are performing two different dates at the Target Center in Minneapolis with three different shows. Louie Anderson tickets!

The American stand-up comedian Louie Anderson will be performing in Burnsville Minnesota on December 31st. Anderson created the cartoon series Life with Louie, has written three books, and was the initial host of the second revival of the game show Family Feud, from 1999 to 2002. He will be doing stand-up at the Burnsville Performing Arts Center-Black Box Theatre at 10 p.m. that Friday. STOMP tickets

STOMP will be performed in Saint Paul on April 1 at the Ordway Center For Performing Arts. STOMP is a unique combination of percussion, movement, and visual comedy. It was the result of a 10 year collaboration between its creators, Steve McNicholas and Luke Cresswell. We sold our reserved box seats but we still do have tickets to the game tonight. The tickets that we have available for the Vikings vs. Bears game are the lower level tickets that are $145/ticket. These tickets allow access into TCF Bank Stadium at 5 p.m. The seats are not guaranteed but they are allowed access to the stadium 30 minutes before the 200 upper level tickets. Vikings vs Bears RESERVED seats!

We just got our hands on two reserved box seats for the Minnesota Vikings vs. Chicago Bears game tonight at TCF Bank Stadium. The seats are in LOGE9 rows 1 and 2. These seats are reserved so you are guaranteed a spot at the game. You get access to the heated indoor club that includes concession stands and bathrooms. The reserved box seats are located between the goal line and the 10 yard line. The seats are outside but there is an overhang to hopefully help keep away some of the snow. Hay Hay haaaaay!!! Anyone still want to go to the Vikings/Bears game Monday night December 20th at the TCF Bank Stadium? The stadium is letting all of the people with 100 level tickets in at 5 p.m. and seating is based on a first come first serve basis. What a fun way to start out your week! What a mess!!! The Vikings FINALLY made up their mind 4 days later. We are all just so disappointed in them. Ticket holders with lower-level tickets (100 level) will get lower-level seating access at TCF Bank Stadium (general admission). UNTIL SEATING IS AT CAPACITY. Gates will open at 5:00 p.m. for those 100 level ticket holders with line queues starting at 4:00 p.m. Ticket holders with upper-level tickets (200 level) will only have upper level seating access at TCF Bank Stadium (general admission). Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. for those 200 level ticket holders. If any of you have questions about this just give us a ring!

Chicago Bears Trying to Block the Monday night game?!!!

OF COURSE there would be once again ANOTHER hold up. The Bears do not feel that the field is acceptable. The Chicago Bears safety Chris Harris tweeted today "What if your head hits it?"Now there are also talks that the game could be moved to the Georgia Dome because ESPN has the rights to NFL broadcasts on Monday nights and will be in Atlanta the following week.

The Minnesota Wild play the Ottawa Senators tonight at the Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul and Ticket King still has tickets available. Upper level tickets start at $32.50/ticket and lower level tickets start at $52.50/ticket. As we all know, parking is such a hassle on game day and tends to be pretty expensive. We are selling parking passes for only $5 for the Rivercentre parking ramp right next to the Xcel Energy Center. The big question "Where are the Minnesota Vikings playing Monday night?"

EVERYONE is wondering where the Vikings will be on Monday December 20th. Well....according to KFAN and WCCO they are playing at the outdoor TCF Bank Stadium. BRRRR!!!!!! There are quite a few things that need to be taken care of before they play and I only know two of them :). One, new goal posts- Professional Football has goalposts 18' 6" wide. College has been widened to 23'4". And two, clearing the snow from the field. Looks like they are going to hire 400 people to help take care of that. Another issue is that there are not as many seats in the TCF Bank Stadium as there are in the Metrodome in Minneapolis. So what now?! Who knew that the Minnesota Vikings vs. Chicago Bears game would be this nuts?! I need your thoughts people!!

Vikings vs. New York Giants game= FAIL!!!

I really hate snow. I have no idea why I even put up with it and as if the snow wasn't bad enough...the dome had to collapse. The phone has been ringing off the hook since 8 a.m.  Today is going to be insane! For all the folks who purchased tickets to the game...we feel your pain. It is too bad the game couldn't have been played at TCF bank Stadium. It would just take way too much time and people to clean all of the snow off of the field. Are any of you making the trip to Detroit for the Vikings vs. Giants game tonight?! After all of this trouble I still hope that the Vikings win. I wonder if the Metrodome will be back together by December 20th where the Minnesota Vikings play the Chicago Bears. It just seems that with all of this cold weather we have that it is impossible to get the dome back in running order. I guess we will have to just wait and see....

Snoop Dogg tickets

Snoop D-o-double-g is going to have a show at the Cabooze in Minneapolis on January 25th. Ticket King still has a few tickets available for the 5:30 p.m. show! Well, today has been eventful. The poor cat was not enjoying his time here so Amanda brought him home. There was a whole lot of meowin' going on. Today a guy came in and bought some Jingle Ball tickets for his girlfriend and daughter. He asked me to name one person or group that was going to be there. The first that came to mind was B.o.B. Then, he started singing "Nothin' on you". Dude was HILARIOUS. He bought his tickets and then we parted with a "peace out". Today has been a good day :)

Cat day!

Today Amanda brought her cat into work. His name is Rocky! He doesn't enjoy the cold. He does like to come to the window and greet customers though. He spends a lot of his time meowing around the office and walking on desks. For some reason the cats really love the guys around the office so they tend to spend a lot of time in their work areas as well. Lady Gaga is coming to Chicago!!!

Lady Gaga will be in the "Windy City" on Monday the 28th of February and guess who has tickets?! TICKET KING! YAHOOOO!!! She performed in Minnesota earlier this year and the show was AMAZING! It was so fun to see everyone's outfits and see her perform live! She really knows how to entertain a crowd. After, she even went out to the bars and hung out with everyone.
